Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open WellBite → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

Without the app

Email us from any address with the email you signed in with (Apple or Google). We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually within 2 business days, and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, including the email and name from Sign in with Apple or Google.
• The backup of your logs on our server: meals, dishes, pantry, goals, profile and weight entries.
• Your photos on our server: meal, dish and custom-food photos.
• AI scan usage records and the Premium status record.

What is kept

• Nothing tied to your account on our servers. Aggregated, anonymous analytics are kept by Google for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days.
• Your subscription stays with your Apple ID or Google account — deleting WellBite does not cancel it. Cancel in your store settings.
• Data on your phone is removed when you delete the app.
